HHS ALUMNI BAND INFORMATION

on Friday, October 14, 2011:

75 years of bands at
Huntsville High School!!

Anyone who was ever in BAND at HHS is invited!
We want to FILL the section next to the
current Huntsville Hornet Military Marching Band
with HHS Band Alumni.

Schedule:

4:00 PM -	Rehearsal at NEW HHS Band Hall (on the east side of HHS). Please do not arrive at the band hall before 3:45 – after school pick up traffic will be difficult to navigate prior to that time.
4:30 PM -	Dinner on your own.
7:00 PM -	Seated at Bowers Stadium in Alumni Band area next to the HHS Band. Wear a green shirt! Tickets can be purchased at the gate $6, or at the HISD Business Office for $5 on Thursday or Friday, October 13th and 14th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please send an email to Pam at prathke@huntsville-isd.org containing:

1. Your name (including maiden)
2. Your Class year
3. Your instrument, if you're going to play, and part (1st Clarinet, 2nd Trumpet, etc.)
4. Total attending including yourself (spouses, etc., so that we can block off enough room in the stadium)
5. PLEASE ALSO SEND CONTACT INFO!! (phone #, email, etc.)
