2. Thursday, May 21st is our Band Banquet at 6:00pm. All students are invited to attend. In addition, senior parents are invited to attend for $10 per person to cover the cost of the meal. Please realize that this is for high school band students and senior parents only. Please do not bring siblings or other guests. The theme this year is Harry Potter. Many of our kids came back with Harry Potter souvenirs and this will be a good chance for them to show them off. Students are encouraged to wear/bring any Harry Potter items they may have. Any students who do not have Harry Potter garb; please do not feel like you have to go out and buy something. Just come in casual clothes. I look forward to having a good time with everyone at the banquet.
3. As I wrap up this email, I would like to say thank you to Mr. Holland, Mr. Yarber, Mrs. Rathke and all the chaperons who helped make our trip to Disney World a success. I also want to congratulate the students who went for receiving so many positive comments about their behavior while on the trip. I am very proud of the fact that we conducted ourselves in a way that represented our band program, school, town and state in a positive way!
